As a veteran homeschooling mom, I am often approached for advice. Here’s your chance to pick my brain and help Black Homeschoolers of Central Florida, Inc. at the same time! 100% of the fees are used to maintain our organization and our Homeschool Resource Center.

Testing
We offer Stanford 10/OLSAT Achievement Tests, and IOWA Assessments/CogAT (Cognitive Abilities Test)
Children with diagnosed disabilities may qualify for certain accommodations during testing. Generally, the child's IEP will list the appropriate modifications.
The IOWA Assessments Test is a timed test available for all grades. It can also be ordered in combination with the Cognitive Abilities Test™ (CogAT®) for Grades K5 Spring–12.

Results for the Iowa Assessments are typically available in 2–4 weeks.
The Stanford 10 is an untimed test offered for Grades K5–12. It can also be used in combination with the Otis-Lennon School Ability Test® (OLSAT).

Tutoring
Open Lab Tutoring in all subjects is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays at our BHCFL Homeschool Resource Center from 10 a.m to 4:30 p.m.

Evaluations
Need a review of your child's portfolio? We offer in-person and virtual portfolio evaluations. Offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment.

Consignment
Budding entrepreneurs can consign items at our BHCFL Homeschool Resource Center in the Entrepreneur Station! You will receive 50% of the sell price of your item, and Black Homeschoolers of Central Florida, Inc. receives the rest to support our nonprofit programs and resource center. If you would like to showcase your products, schedule a time to come visit us.
